Assist with product requirements, specifications and risk analysis

Develop verification and validation protocols

Build proof-of-principle prototypes

Conduct product bench testing

Assist with process development

Assist with transfer to manufacturing
This expandable lumbar inter-vertebral cage was designed, analyzed with FEA and prototyped.
Device was tested and achieved 5 million load cycles at target load levels.
The unique cage has both height and lordosis angle adjustment using a single adjustment point.
Devices shown have not been cleared by FDA.
